ATHLETICS

in athletics I think I have tried at long jump but I don't think i'm that good at it because I did not get that far  high jump it was fun and I got past one sprints Was alright but I am not that good at it shot put is my favorite one because I am good at it reala battens I enjoy because we do it as a team and thais my reflection

It was just a game to them the kids were running around by the river were the old mine was I told be careful around hare because the a lots of hole from when the miners came back up from the mine they said ok nec minute crack they fall down the hole as quick as I could I ran over at least it was just the beginning so they were only about 1 metre down the hole they said let's go and explore we might find some gold I knew there was no more silver or gold down there that's why they came back up otherwise they would still be down there But I did not want to ruin it for them I jumped down the whole then I looked bothe sides on side I could see the entrance the other side the other side was a black as the night sky luckily I always carry a knife in one pocket and my mini torch in the other we a bit down ah someone yells I shine the torch where sam is pointing to it’s only a shovel I say the miners must have left it down there let's go back up to the house and ask grandad where we can find something amazing everyone said that a good idea then it goes dark my torch has run out at least we can see the bit of light coming through the hole then I feel something coming up my leg I thought it was one of the kids I said stop it they said what as we got closer I could see what it was it was a giant rat o my god I yell all the kids and me run to the hole and then jump out phew that was big  said ollie by that time the girls were already running to the house screaming  when we got there thaty were talking to grndad about the mine he said It.

In math we had to make a poster about what perimeter area and volume is.

for homework we can pick what we want to do I decided to do it on worms
WORMS

Teachers principals etc all say tackling each other is a physical action yes it is but it's not like punching someone no it’s a game where you know you will be tackled and they know they are going to tackle you.

If you know you're going to be tacked why would you play and  if you get tackled and start crying you can’t make up an excuse saying i did not know it was tackle because that would just be dumb tackle is in the name of the game.

Why would you take it away from us if we enjoy it and you know we enjoy it so why would you ruin it for all of us principals and teacher would probably say just go and play touch ball rush which pretty much no one enjoys compard to tackle ball rush.    

You probably will be saying or thinking that being tackled sometimes could hurt but that’s all part of the game like i said before why would you play if you know you are going to be tackled.

What’s wrong with getting a bit of mud on your p.e uniform isn't that what it’s for if we had a vote who do you think would probably win the pupils because they're the ones who it’s band for.

Hiding under my bed I Hear the creaking floor boards coming closer to to my room then I see the black silhouette standing outside my door I still don’t know who it is I roll to the other side of my bed get up and quickly jump out my open window I always have it open because I get to hot under my covers I never thought it would come in handy but now I would have to change my mind now i'm on my veranda o no there's only two ways to get out of here in my bedroom or OFF I think quick ahhhhhhhhhhhh I jumped off into the black berry at the bottom luckily me and mum just trimmed it yesterday so most of the thorns were gone but we did not get them all I was covered in scratches mum must have heard because she was standing at the bottom she was in shock darling are you ok said mum what were you doing. Mum shh I say there's someone up stairs in my bedroom well did you not know that your dad comes and checks on you every night i'm so stupid THE END.

Sweeping up the leaves or picking up the rubbish if you do the these little things you will be  changemaker wether it’s little or whether it’s big it doesn't matter unless you make a change why don’t you just get out there and help someone it might not mean much to you but it will mean a lot to them if you do something to help the community you won’t be know as bad you will be known as a good c'mon everybody just get out there and make a change!!!!!!!!!.or u can be the change

At the beginning I thought it was weird but then we did it for a while It was fine my favorite dance was red hot because we got to should out shepperd as loud as we could.

  

In inquiry we made a speech about olympics we had to pick a sport each I picked archery this is my speech

Countries around the world will become competing in the rio 2016 olympics. archery is just one event in the olympics, archery is a competitive sport but you can take your time. It is not a rushed sport. It may sound like you are just calm and they just think they're going to win but no you have to train a lot when you are in the olympics archery.

Most countries in the world will be competing in the rio olympics 2016 but we will be talking about archery. it doesn't matter whether you're the littlest,biggest or fittest  man in the world it’s not a sport where you have to sprint around a one hundred meter track or lift a two hundred kg weights or hold someone to the ground until they give up. It’s a sport where you have to focus on the way you hold the bow and aim at the target if you want to join an archery team you have to have about $4000 and a great amount of skill. The overall winner of the rio 2016 olympics (archery) was Ku Bon-Chan (south Korea) the second place holder was United States and third place was France and New Zealand with no medals at all. If you want to buy a bow for some reason you have to save about three to four thousand dollars like I said before you don’t have to be fit to do archery if you have a good aim and can pull a string back and let go that’s what you need to know but you need to know how to do that very well.       

Last thursday we did social dance for the first time we learnt how to do two songs at first it was hard and then it became easier.

this is our art first we had to draw different oil pastel colors on a a3 piece of paper then we painted it black why it was drying we cut out the picture and colored it in with normal pastel. when we had finished doing that we got tooth picks and  spoons to draw pictures in the black when you are done you  can see the colors you drawed first. then glue the pictures on any way you want and it will turn out something like this.

Can't stand straight can't aim properly all these young chaps heading of to the war they come back home with a bullet in their souls. Were running out of bullets bombs made out of jam can’s the rats are as big as cats. The chaps rifles are getting rusty the rats nibbling on the dead bodies. The wooden carriage carrying the dead bodies little steel cups with rum in them is it a honor to die for your country the food is just mold gas masks made out of the pee bags emergency put your masks on the gas is coming closer the men are  so exorcist they want to get shot they thought it was an adventure but it was a road to death

WHY SHOULD WE FORGET

The pain, the blood, i'm thinking why, why, with blood oozing out of me can’t stand straight, can't aim properly, with my eyes wobbling around.    

Another shift done i yell tiredly i  know you are all tired we need to get back to the trench if you want some sleep   

Come on men drink your alcohol to get you going my men are a bit more revved up bang, bang, cough, cough the turks are charging over no man's land get the machine gun out men when we fire it they all start fallin down whoho another trench claimed we yell.

We all get our masks one but there is one man John he was the one with the sense of humor my best man he was to slow to get it on the gas was in his lungs cough cough we try to put his urine bag on but it is too late when he dies it really gets me GOING!!!

I can't see anyone then some comes into sight john is that you they did not answer o no the turks smack ow I yell out my men take them down.

This is crab soccer if you do not no what it i will tell you there are two teams you get given a number 

there are two numbers one on your team and 1 on the other team if your number gets called out you have run in like a crab like they are doing in the photo and there are two balls you have to try get 1 in the goal before the other team does.

My goal for the end of term two is get a technology gold 

I will be able to achieve this by working hard in technology lessons, and contributing as much as I can. 

By the end of year 8 I hope to achieved 2 stars in technology.
